About The Class
In our one hour H.I.I.T. class, we never judge how much weight you push or move. We're simply happy you're here. There is no standard, or certain goal you have to hit. Your only goal is to leave the class feeling you accomplished fitness for the day. We touch a barbell here and there to not lose muscle deficiency and keep muscle tone. So be ready to build that cardiovascular endurance, and get that heart rate going. We don’t want you losing anything here except weight and life’s stressful matters!
